Sorry for the delay in getting the winner announced - life has thrown me more curves balls lately than I care to mention . . . . but I finally got it done! Woot! Woot!
There were 17 challenges posted during the month of September and a total of 127 completed layouts (several double page layouts too) & cards. We also added the Cut File Challenge into the mix which changed it to 18 total challenges posted!
