I’d been on the hunt for 12x12 frames that open from the front so I could display my layouts and easily switch them out, and I finally found them! They were in the graduation section on clearance at 60% off. The only color available was black, but I’m still thrilled to have found them! I paid about $27 for both of them.

I have some I purchased years ago for 12x12 layouts, but they don’t open in the front. I like these better.

Yes, you don’t have to get them off the wall, and they can hold several layouts too.
