Wednesday July 23

Good Morning. HaPpY HuMp DaY! What plans do you have for today? Are you going to scrap?
I am going to meet a teacher friend that I taught with over 30 years ago for mass and then lunch. She lives about an hour away from me and is over 10 years older than I. We will have a nice visit. My son and grandson came over last night to visit. What a joy that was for me.

Happy Wednesday!
Phillis, I’m glad you enjoyed a visit from your son and grandson! Have fun with your friend.
I had a Dr’s appointment for today with my pulmonologist but they rescheduled it, since they have no trouble breathing, it’s easy for them :( Well, at least they called me. Other times they wait until I show up to let me know. It’s an hour drive to his office.
I’m hoping to work on some projects and challenges today.

Totally disappointing. I am so sorry. I can't believe they have done it more than once. Maybe they will call you sooner if the have a cancellation.

I'm off work today as G had his wisdom teeth taken out this morning. We're home now (45 minute drive to Lewisburg) and he's taken his first dose of medication. . . he's still a bit woozy, and numb, but is currently trying to eat a Wendy's frosty. His fridge is stocked with yogurt and pudding. Mashed potatoes are on the menu tonight, and he requested bananas as well . . .hopefully he has a speedy recovery.

It's back to work for me tomorrow . . .and Jackie will babysit G for me then.

Ahhhhh it's our last day with the grandkids here. Today we are just chillin and my daughter is bringing over her do to play. The kids are excited. It has been an adventure but not tiring or taxing. They are good kids. The youngest gets up an hour before the brothers. Today he asked me if he could have one of my cookies that I made yesterday. I replied Lets wait till after breakfast and he quickly said in his sweet voice But it's your last day!!. haha. Then I asked him to go get dressed and he said, I don't want to right now now. I said ok go get dressed five minutes afo. It caught him thinking. then he said I don't know how to do that!
We have had a good time but the other grandma gets them the next four days. We have a wedding reception to go to tonight and then maybe tomorrow we will get back into our retired routine.
Happy Wednesday!

I can relate to this on more than one occasion, but yeah, at least they called. . .not that that makes it any better. Sorry about that.

Sounds like G is prepared, just no red spicy sauce(spaghetti sauce or bar b due sauce. (it will sting and get down in the socket before it is healed.) or pizza or chips. applesauce or scrambled eggs are great too.
