1/1 NATIONAL DAY- NEW YEARS

Post by Tamara »

Of course this Day would be the National Day today and throughout the World!
New Year's Day, celebrated on January 1st, marks the start of the new year in the widely used Gregorian calendar and symbolizes fresh starts, with traditions including making resolutions, fireworks, parties, and special foods, though different cultures have unique ways of ringing in the new year, often beginning on New Year's Eve (December 31st) with countdowns and celebrations.

What do you do on this day? We just stay home and relax and enjoy a day off with no interruptions.
I don't like to make resolutions but rather make a list of things I hope to dejunk and clean throughout the year.

Just relaxing, we eat buñuelos, it’s a fried tortilla with sugar and cinnamon, I’m so tired and in so much pain that we decided to buy them already made. They were bad, but we still ate them. Oh well…
