When you travel do you stay in hotels or use Airbnb or VRBO or other home rental companies?

We like to rent homes/condos and have used Airbnb and VRBO.

Typically we stay in hotels when we have long weekends for soccer. When we are at the beach, we stay at condos. It's nice to have a kitchen/laundry facilities on site. When we are allowed to travel again, my daughter and I want to go to Scotland on an Outlander tour (anyone else out there love that show?) If we do end up doing that, will likely do the airbnb.

Hotels. Most of our travel is International these days and because we are not the typical tourist we are put in hotels that are considered "safe" meaning that we won't get sick. Sick workers can't work. In the states, we usually stay at a motel while traveling and with family or friends at our destination.

Now days we do hotels. When our kids were living at home and younger we did a lot of camping!

We do both depending on where we are going, if it's just for one night then a hotel but multiple nights we prefer an AirBNB.
