Fantastic philosophy. Unrelated, my cousin was an extra in the gymnastics movie American Anthem. She was a gymnast for many years.

Fantastic philosophy. Unrelated, my cousin was an extra in the gymnastics movie American Anthem. She was a gymnast for many years.

How cool! My daughter was a competitive gymnast until 7th grade when her knees gave out. Dr. said quit or not walk the rest of your life. She is now a coach and has the extra edge of not pushing until the body is ready to do the skill. My granddaughter is now the family gymnast and much better than her mom ever was.

WOW! That's great that she is coaching. My cousin who was the extra in that movie broke her leg during a vault and had to give up gymnastics. Turned to diving for a while. Amazing how hard sports can be on the body.
