instructions:
cut pieces and score; cut a circle out of the center ( I used a punch on this one, fold in center and place punch half way in. save the circle
place the circle on your pp and cut out larger. This will be the piece you glue on the back that shows through your window
use this circle as your pattern to cut out your window
here is where to put your glue
You can make this card as a template like I did and cover it with pattern papers or you can cut the actual template out of pattern paper or cardstock.
