Simon says use this . . . Simon says use that. . . Join us all month long as "Simon" commands us to use so many fun and exciting things on our creations.

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing)

Simon says... use the following recipe for your layout!

1. Complementary Colors (i.e. Blue & Orange; Purple & Yellow; Red & Green)
2. Cut File (Cut Yourself or Premade are fine)
3. Something Sparkly
4. "Frame" the Layout
5. A Repeated Embellishment

Complementary colors (yellow and purple), I didn't have a cutfile, so I used my die cutting machine to cut lots of circles, sparkly rhinestones, doodled frame around layout, repeated circles
