The internet allows us to make new friends all over the US and the World. Have you had the opportunity to meet any of them in person, and did you remain friends afterwards? If you haven't met any in person, would you like to meet them?
Many years ago I met a scrapbook friend on another site that was vacationing in Aruba and we stopped there on a cruise. Met up but they didn't have much time as they were leaving that day.
I've met Tammy in person years ago when she still lived in NC. I would love, love, love to meet the rest of you at some point in time when I'm not tied down with 9 dogs. I have known Tamara since our Classy Coordinates days and have seen her grandkids grow up in her pages.

I used to subscribe to Classy Coordinates by Tiara Smith in Atlanta Georgia. This is where I met Jan who told me about this forum. I flew to Atlanta and attended a crop with Classy Coordinates people and got to meet Tiare in person.
Also from that group I met Margo who worked at a scrapbook store just across the border in Canada. DH and I were going to Niagara Falls on vacation so we made arrangements to meet up. We surprised her at the scrap store when our plans to go to dinner didn't work out. A few years ago we went to Bend Oregon to meet another online friend at their balloons over Bend event. Had a great time at the night glow and dinner with our husbands. I have also met a lady from Idaho from a scrapbook group I was in before Facebook existed. I also met some girls through Zoom at a virtual retreat during Covid from 3 Craft Chicks. We met in person last year when they came through Salt Lake. I am meeting her again for the Simple Stories Retreat in October. She is bringing a friend with her and they are from Illinois.
I love meeting in person so let me know when you are coming through town!!

A few years ago, I did meet 1 girl that lives in Florida. She lives 2 hours from our condo. Maybe this year I can meet Tracy or someone else.
