Good afternoon everyone. Hope you all are enjoying your day so far. I’ve been away this week helping Kyle with the privacy fence. Unfortunately, I’m not that much help, but I’m all he has. We were able to get one fence panel up the first day, three the next. We have 2 more to put up, but they will have to wait until next week. It will give us a little privacy from the foot traffic to Dollar General and the new park up the road. When I come in from outside, I immediately have to feed all the animals before I can shower and sit down. Once I sit, it’s hard to get back up. My back and legs are sore from picking up and moving the panels. I did work on my Christmas cards for a bit yesterday. I’m hoping to finish them today and get them mailed off tomorrow.

Well our Scrapbook monthly get together was a little over the top. The two that were hosts had it at my house which is convenient for me. They seriously had to have spent $500... They gave us two prizes each in the how well do we know each other game. The prizes were just like a Christmas gift. They gave us all a Disneyland backpack full of additional things wrapped inside. They gave us each a Mystery Doodle pop box(they are $20 for 15 ). Michelle at 3 craft chicks (who she purchased the doodle pop boxes from) gave us a Christmas Doodle pop tied to a pkg of buttons. We all know her and she wanted to give us a treat since the order came from her store. We all had Disney Christmas ears. They gave each of us an individual present from them. I got the Sees and suckers in a box of all the flavors. AND to top it off a few of us give each other Christmas presents and they gave me another Black and white Mickey lounge fly bag. (all in all this is the fourth one of those they have given me. And I know they are not cheap)
The reason they spoiled us is because we are their only Christmas so they consider us their family. Sadly her son got in a fight with them six years ago because he borrowed their car and wouldn't return it so they sent a police officer to collect it. He refuses to let her see the grandkids who were 5 and 3 at the time. The won't even recognize her now. IT breaks my heart.
Our weather is still spectacular. We are putting up the tree today. This is the latest I have ever put one up because you know Mr. Tom will be ready to take it down as soon as the kids leave on Christmas Day.

Tamara: wow; that sounds like a great day. Did you get much scrapping done?

I exercised and showered this am and went to mass. Now I am home in my comfy clothes and will scrap this afternoon. I have only been making christmas cards the last week or so. So today I will scrap some photos.
